Is it worth creating a project a la Tuts+, Digitaltutors, Linda, etc.?

Good day, an idea arose to create a site similar to the ones mentioned above, only filled with Russian content. In my opinion, the idea is worth it if it is implemented qualitatively. There are very few really high-quality video courses on computer technology on the Runet.
The site policy will be similar to the analogues mentioned above, i.e. part of the content (articles, mini-courses) will be available to all users, and the best (complete, detailed video courses, exclusive premium materials, etc.) only for a subscription (about $ 5 no more).
What do you think, is it worth taking on this, and would you give $ 5 for high-quality and informative materials? Please be as detailed as possible. Thanks in advance for your comments.

Not worth it. For example, there is already https://hexlet.org/ and it is completely free. There are a lot of courses and materials. In addition, any IT specialist sooner or later begins to learn English, and then the problem of obtaining new information drops to zero.

Have you forgotten that in addition to "creating a site" and inventing a payment policy, you also need high-quality content? :) Is there where to get it from? Well then it seems worth it.

It all depends on how good the lessons are. I don’t speak English well, and yet now I’m looking for all questions / lessons / tutorials in English, because in Russian there are simply many times fewer of them and they are of lower quality. And do not forget that on many issues, especially regarding the code, we speak the same language with foreigners, the language of the code) Most of your mistakes can be corrected simply by looking at the code, without reading at all what is there in the description.
