Create a guest wi-fi point, bypassing the Kerio proxy server?
I came to a new place of work, they asked me to make a dedicated wi-fi point for guests, bypassing the proxy server, so as not to set it up every time. There is a D-link modem on the gateway.

Decided so. I created a DHCP pool, created a group of addresses for this pool, created a user for this group and set it to autologin. And voila everything worked as it should.
a simple option 2nd access point + 2nd channel to the Internet
is the correct option to raise the 2nd ssid at the existing point to a separate vlan and bring the vlan to Kerio on the switch, where to raise the corresponding vlan interface and put the whole thing on the Internet with the rules.
optionally use a captive portal for guests.
