you can of course just seo is a continuous risk, respectively, to invest in only one domain as it will not be enough

The domain is glued, just not all services see it. See the history of the domain before the current registration. Also backlinks, if there are 0 of them - that's the answer.
It is better to take a pack of domains with tit 50 than glue from tit 400
