How to reach large owners of toolbars/browser extensions?
It is possible to monetize their traffic by CPM. Need large volumes. Under banner formats and with white advertising.

Replacing\adding (white-space) banners with extensions is not the whitest method of monetization, and even more so one of the least profitable.
