Is it the responsibility of the layout designer to place the page on the server?

They asked me to design a landing page for one company. At first, it was only about layout.
Now we are talking about, quote, "throw a page" on the customer's site.
So, who should deploy the page?

1. Layout is markup and block creation + JS/CSS.
2. A template is the creation of a layout structure for a specific CMS (layout+tmpl/php).
3. "Upload" is linking a template to an existing CMS. (manual or installation - it doesn't matter)
What point did you agree on? So do it.

How do you agree.
If you are talking about the duties of a layout designer, then what do you mean by deployment? Throw statics in fpt?)
It is logical, after all, that this is a matter of 1 minute for you and an indefinite amount of time for the customer.

1. If this is a trifling matter for you, then leave this page. You will prove yourself well once again in front of the customer. You never know, he has a lot of money work for you by sending 100500 pages to the host :-)
2. If this is hemorrhagic for you, then go into denial. Or negotiate for a small monetary reward for this work. So you at least make it clear to the customer that you are not going to do extra work that you did not immediately agree on.
