Is it the developers of Git Extensions who forgot to remove it or did they screw it up?

I use Git Extensions under Windows.
Git Extensions v.2.50.02 is currently installed.
I saw in the menu Show - Change commit view layout Ctrl + Shift + L (View - Change commit view layout).
I started pressing Ctrl + Shift + L, going through the options for displaying commits, I came across one very interesting option, where each commit shows the author and his avatar of the following form:

Why do I have no avatar.
