How to merge projects in GitLab?

Good day friends! Please tell me, on github I saw something like links to other projects in projects) That is, let's say I have 3 projects, 2 main ones and one that is used in the previous 2, can I somehow integrate it into both projects, and working on it , automatically replace files in 2x to which it is attached?
