Why fatal: repository not found in Gitlab?

Hey! I have some kind of parsley.
I do git clone https://gitlab.com/groupname/web-yii.git in windows, writes:
fatal: repository https://gitlab.com/groupname/web-yii.git not found
On the same machine from under linux all right.
If I make a clone from under another account in gitlab, then everything is fine.
How to overcome this nonsense tell me!
