Is it safe to use such firewall settings on Linux?

I use gufw, the settings are visible in the screenshot. Allowed all connections except those related to remote access. I think it's better than nothing, or "incoming: allow, outgoing: allow" make the computer vulnerable to network attacks? 5a79a29020e20881900337.png
Of the programs I use only samba - so that there are shared folders on the local network. Such settings for the home.
In public networks, I will switch to "incoming: deny, outgoing: deny" and allow only http, https, dns.

If you need only incoming samba, then you only need to open it, and prohibit the rest at the entrance. If the shared folders are not on your PC, then you do not need to open the port. And what for outgoing connections to close?
