Is it reasonable to use admin panels on php yii2/python django?

Hello. Studying the php, python languages and choosing a good and convenient tool for myself, I stumble upon various "Admin panels", "Gii", etc.
I am not very limited in time. There is a desire to learn the basics. I love to see how it works. When I use ready-made modules on the front, it’s a little in my soul that it’s not me who writes it. I watched laravel, and when I found out that the authorization page can be written through one script, I immediately quit. I don't want to become a riveter...
The questions are:
1. Should I use the admin panel and can I do without them?
2. Are people who don't use them considered more professional?
3. Are they used by large and medium-sized companies?
4. Was it worth it to write "bicycles", will it give me professionalism, or do companies value the business task done more?

There is a task - to make a project with some logic, instead of implementing the logic itself and writing useful code in the absence of tools (admin panel generators for example ) - you will kill 90% of the time just spanking the layout and the boilerplate of the same type , because you don’t want one command

Work now with an old CMS - you have to do 100 times by hand and check requests, and 100 times to re-do templates for the admin panel - very tired ...
For logic, tired of writing the same type of methods with the same type of queries in the database - I have already set the task for myself install Eloquent ORM and create page generation :) or call a frame for help :)
Do not rivet - make each bolt self-cut, this is very important for a modern engineer - slap bolts and nuts yourself, instead of creating engineering structures ( sarcasm )
