Is it profitable now to create sites for making money on YAN and Google Adwords?

Good afternoon.
I'm interested in the question: is it profitable today to create and promote an information site on a commercial topic (medicine, cars, finance, etc.) to receive funds through YAN and GA? Distribution of AdBlock, huge competition, does it greatly affect earnings? And how expensive Kazakhstani traffic is (if you dealt with us, of course).

There is no money there. If only direct advertisers.

My friend remembered.
It was impossible to make money on these advertisements in life.
Until recently, it was possible to earn money by selling links. Any unpretentious website per day gave a minimum of 50 rubles of exhaust. Whoever caught this golden stream in time - got a good deal.
Now, Yandex, with its Minskinsk language, has ruined everything, a lot of people have lost their income.
There is only one way to make money on the Internet now - to force users to pay for something.

And how expensive Kazakhstani traffic is (if you dealt with us, of course).

There was a client who ordered a template for an android application - the simplest html book with convenient filling, stamped different codes and had about a hundred a month (before the fall of the ruble, now I don’t know what is there and how)

depends on the income you need. and from the site you want to make.
for example, a couple of shitty sites (I don’t put links in the text, so you can’t count it as spam)
https://www.dropbox.com/s/445hsupmmx04zdp/%D0%A1%D...
the cost of creating is minimal (an abandoned domain is taken, restored from the webarchive, a pack of domains of the same subject was registered, the content was cloned to these sites with minimal edits)
in six months a pack of such sites recoups the costs. although the attendance there is at the level of 2-10 uniques / day.
if one of the sites is banned / positions fall, with a large number of sites (say, from 100 pieces),
another example, a site for people, traffic and development / support costs are at least an order of magnitude higher
https://www.dropbox.com/s/jeirjxon0ljrl3n/%D0%A1%D...
for the same period (per year) almost the same income, but adsense does not cover the cost of a "site for people".
but as other answers write, it was better a couple of years ago.
if you make a site for people, it is better to do it not under adsense.

of course it’s profitable, I still see sites fattening on advertising

It is possible if the site is commercial and has a traffic of several thousand. But in this case, you will earn 100 times more on affiliate programs.
