Is it possible with an asus RTN66 router (stock firmware) to record all the sites visited by clients?

The task is to track visits to sites by clients of the local network. The RT-N66W router does not write anything useful to the log. The web interface is also nothing useful - it is possible to see active connections at the time of viewing. Stock firmware: inux version 2.6.22.19 ([email protected]) (gcc version 4.2.3) #1 Fri Jan 24 16:57:37 CST 2014 log level = 8

You can't track everything on any router. Because many sites use encrypted https connections, and the router will never know what is transmitted there in encrypted packets. The only option is to install a mitm proxy with certificate spoofing.
Or, if only site domains are important to you, you can try to see which user made requests to dns
. But can your router do this and how - I have no idea.

Raise your dns server, specify on the router to distribute its ip as a dns server, collect lists of who runs to which sites.

By the way, yes, DNS!
Register in the router, for example, DNS IP addresses from opendns.com
Then go to the site panel and see the statistics (plus ban sites, including HTTPS - I struggled with constantly sitting on Facebook)
But, you need to prevent users from registering their own DNS, for example Google DNS.

No. Proxy only. And then if the user does not use anonymizers or VPN. The installation of your own DNS will partly save you - again, up to the first anonymizer / VPN.
