Is it possible to write your own web application within the framework of the 1C web server?

There is a 1C server, you need to create a product designer for clients. For example, a client visits a published 1C and has a button with a link to the constructor, clicks on the button, the constructor opens, assembles the product from the proposed elements, sends it to 1C, everything is calculated there and the price is returned to him.
I have basic knowledge of .NET, ASP.NET, I know that it is possible to publish a 1C web client in IIS, I don’t know how everything works inside.
Is it even possible to do this in 1C?

@Dementor

You decide or

the client enters the published 1C

or
sends to 1C, everything is calculated there and the price is returned to him

In the first case, within your 1C, you need to create a guest user with limited rights for your customers and place the product designer on the desktop. Everything happens inside 1C and is not transmitted anywhere.
In the second case, the client works on your site and sends data to 1C. You can read how to implement an HTTP service with an example on 1C here - infostart.ru/public/538808

Ways to integrate with 1C At
one time I was very puzzled by such questions.
And just at the moment of trying to integrate 1C products with third-party services and programs, all the "charms" of the platform come out.
But this is the very case when management can be weightily given priorities for the transition to other technologies, and not indulge the desires of one accounting department.
