Is it possible to work with both windows and ubuntu at the same time?

I have windows 10 installed on my hdd, and ubuntu is installed on ssd (I connect via usb). Is it possible to simultaneously develop, for example, a site in Ubuntu and switch to windows to see the location of elements on the site in a layout that is opened in Adobe XD.

PS I know about VB, but do I need to install ubuntu there or can I do it with the installed one?
PS And yes, I need to develop on ubuntu
