Is it possible to work abroad with the 3rd form of admission?
I work at an enterprise where I have a third form of access to secrets. I want to work (remotely, legally) for a foreign company. The profile of the company's activity has nothing to do with my current activity, the only thing in common is programming in C#.
Can I work abroad? I dug into the laws, I didn’t seem to find any prohibitions, but I told my “competent worker” at the enterprise, he now says that he needs to “consult with the FSB”.
What could be?

the first form - for citizens admitted to information of particular importance;
the second form - for citizens admitted to top secret information;
the third form is for citizens admitted to secret information.
the third form is for cleaning floors in secret buildings with secret work on secret projects. you can even get out of the country. they'll just find you and hit you on the head. if you suddenly blurt out something.
although there is a catch. if your group is given to you in your specialty and you want to work with foreign guys in the same specialty .. you may be considered unreliable. and refuse). it's logic. I hope our FSB is guided by the same.
Theoretically, you can even with the first. The permission form does not affect anything. Attention is paid to the documents to which you have accessed. If you worked with a secret document (read / wrote), then even with the third form there may be problems, depending on the document. If you were not familiar with the secret documents, then work calmly.
