How to block a fake site with threats and disclosure of personal data?
Welcome all!
There was an unpleasant situation with the disclosure of personal data, threats and insults.
Initial data:
There is an official website of the organization in the ru zone.
Competitors have created an identical site in the com. And if you type the name of the organization in Yandex, then it goes right after the official sites ru.
The site published personal information (name, address of residence, relatives). On behalf of the officials of the organization, they publish political schizophrenia ... I
am attaching part of the screenshot of what is at stake.

Write to Roskomnadzor, maybe they will remember that they should not only turn off the Internet
As a technical experiment - buy a bot network (hire a hacker) - arrange a DDOS attack on the site or break the site and remove information from there. True, this is a one-time action and the effect will be short, the action must either be repeated or other means should be sought.
In general, it is necessary to fight this in real life, and not in the virtual.
Go to the hoster, to competitors, try to reach an agreement with the world, file an application with the prosecutor's office, if nothing works out, hire strong guys to arrange an etiquette lesson for competitors.
As an alternative, if you know who did it, create a similar set-up for competitors, so that they definitely become aware of it. Perhaps then they will be more accommodating.
Google using phrases from the text from the screenshot easily finds the site.
Here is the whois history for this domain, at the time when privacyprotect was not installed https://wa-com.com/
There is a mail of the domain owner - you can try to contact.
Also on this email is the site osk34_ com where they copied the main site in a similar way and attached all sorts of political garbage.
Judging by NS, initially both domains were hosted on host4geeks.com or HostDime.com - try to write to them on abuse contacts that can be found here https://dig.ua/search/184.171.251.124 (this is the ip of the first NS server)
It's simple - write abuse / complaints to the hoster of this site.
Contact the reception of your local EdRa branch, or not local...
...I'm not kidding, there will be those who want to deal with this issue
