Initial data:
There is an official website of the organization in the ru zone.
Competitors have created an identical site in the com. And if you type the name of the organization in Yandex, then it goes right after the official sites ru.
The site published personal information (name, address of residence, relatives). On behalf of the officials of the organization, they publish political schizophrenia ... I

In general, it is necessary to fight this in real life, and not in the virtual.
Go to the hoster, to competitors, try to reach an agreement with the world, file an application with the prosecutor's office, if nothing works out, hire strong guys to arrange an etiquette lesson for competitors.
As an alternative, if you know who did it, create a similar set-up for competitors, so that they definitely become aware of it. Perhaps then they will be more accommodating.

Also on this email is the site osk34_ com where they copied the main site in a similar way and attached all sorts of political garbage.
Judging by NS, initially both domains were hosted on host4geeks.com or HostDime.com - try to write to them on abuse contacts that can be found here https://dig.ua/search/184.171.251.124 (this is the ip of the first NS server)
