Where to complain about sms with links to a virus?

I received an SMS from the number [phone] with an offer to view mms: s-mms.biz/mmg. When switching from a mobile redirect here tele2mms8.biz/mmsForSpam/tele2/, and here is a link to the apk file.
Already wrote to the host.
Is there an address where you could write to block the phone number?
Here www.searchyellowdirectory.com/reverse-phone/456099... I found that this is a number in Denmark, but how do I find out what kind of operator and where to write a burden?

In such cases, I called mob. to the operator who issued me a SIM card, and took out the brain, what kind of rubbish am I getting. :) Called mostly not sober, because the words and expressions are not particularly stingy. For a year now I have not received anything unnecessary at all, no spam, no advertising, no scams.
By the way, the sender's number can be faked, because now you will be writing abuses to the other side of the world, and your villain probably lives in the next entrance :)
