Is it possible to withdraw money from PayPal to a bank card in any country?
It is to the card, not to the bank account.

• Lithuania - withdrawal is available to linked cards (Visa only) and to an IBAN bank account in the EU.
  
• Moldova, Georgia - output to the map was working..
  
• USA - there is NO withdrawal to the card, withdrawal to a bank account via ACH ..
