I'm trying to increase my account limits. But when adding a bank card, I constantly get this error. It's been like that for a month now.
How to solve the problem?

most likely you are adding a map not of your country or you are not in your country.
after several unsuccessful attempts, you get banned and you can remove it only through the support.
