Is it possible to win in this case?

Good afternoon. Bought from Citylink store
Monitor Samsung s32D850T. The store manager asked me to sign for the goods with the line "There are no complaints about the appearance and configuration", arguing that I have 7 days to check the functionality of the goods at home. There are no complaints about the appearance and configuration. Arriving home, I found the unstable operation of this monitor with my laptop, a blot in the upper right corner, as well as monitor flickering. Arriving at the store on the same day (after 1.5 hours), I received a refusal from the issuing manager to accept the goods, motivated by the fact that I left the store, which means I damaged the goods myself. The warranty department accepted my application, BUT at the same time did not accept the monitor itself, arguing that the fault analysis will be carried out from the photograph, it shows a black blotch in the upper right corner, but no stripes are visible when the monitor is working in real time. What does it mean? The time was already almost 10 pm, so I did not have time to discuss this issue properly. Let me remind you that the monitor looks the same as when you bought it. The store's lawyer today refused to return the goods to me, offering an examination of the goods from them. But, if I hand over the goods for their examination, then I must sign that the goods are mechanically damaged, which I do not recognize, since the external monitor is in the same condition as I bought it. I ask for a detailed answer to this question from the point of view of consumer protection. I believe that a knowingly damaged product was sold to me, which they tried to hide, hoping for my inattention during the check. The monitor is still externally in perfect condition without any damage. The official Samsung service said that 100% mechanical damage to the matrix with fingers

Everything you've been told in this store is complete bullshit. I myself had the imprudence to buy an expensive webcam there ... Read the law on consumer protection, in particular Article 18.
The fact that they want to conduct examinations is a flag in their hands, but only after they satisfy your claims. If you continue to insist on your own - go to RosPotrebNadzor - there such issues are resolved in an instant. I wrote a statement there and went with him and the inspector to Citylink. The money was returned within 15 minutes.
And the last - do not buy in Citylink - many returns of low-quality goods

This is what needs to be proven in court.
"The seller is responsible for the defects of the goods for which the warranty period is not established, if the buyer proves that they arose before the transfer of the goods to him or for reasons that arose before that moment."
