There is a client with whom we work under a contract. As a major task - we immediately draw up a contract, issue an invoice and go ahead. But he periodically (every 3-4 months) has small problems. Set the type of counter, change the color of the button, and so on. Previously, I didn’t really care - I did it for free, because it’s faster than an entire contract to draw up for this one button color and issue an invoice for as much as 500 rubles. But now there are a lot of clients, there is not enough time for everyone, and these 5-minute tasks are very unsettling. Because until you remember on which hosting, until you create FTP for yourself, until you come in and remember what is where - half an hour will pass. How do studios arrange such works, how are they billed? Probably once the contract is made up for an indefinite period and then for each scribble under this contract an invoice is issued? Or how? The goal is to take at least 500-1000 rubles for such minute tasks. They won’t pay in cash, the company is large, only for cash.

You can conclude another general contract with auto-renewal for the provision of work on an hourly basis. At the end of the month, drive in the completed work into the act of work and send it for payment.
