Although the video is taken no more than 10 seconds, it is mounted with pictures in conjunction with video effects, the videos are from three minutes, I voice the articles from the site myself. I'm editing in Premier Pro. resolution 1920*1080 fps 30 codes. There has never been an application for authorship.
Question: is it possible to voice articles from the site and mount a semantic video from them?
