YouTube changed the description style for my account (in incognito mode and on other accounts, everything was the same)
I looked in the settings and did not find such an item. Help bring back the old design so that the description just opens at the bottom, and does not float on the side in a separate table (this also does not depend on the browser)

In some cases, YouTube randomly tests some innovations.
If you do not want this functionality, select the three-dot menu - Help / feedback - feedback - write.
