How to download subtitles through youtube-dl (or through some other program) while preserving the font, shadows / glow, and is this possible in principle?

An example of such subtitles
It turned out to download with embedded .vtt converted to .ass.
Colors, font, effects are not preserved.
I'm not sure, but probably the font should already be in the mkv container that youtube-dl collects, what would they look like in the original video? With the color, it's just some kind of bug that it is not registered in the sub file. From time to time, the lines also bug and double. 6153a161769d8514065179.png
I tried to download subtitles separately via downsub.com, they remain in such colors, the lines are in their places and the subs are immediately given in .srt, but the font and effects are also missing, but I really want to grab them.
