I want to buy a Sonoff WIFI relay (with the ability to connect a switch), but as I understand it, they are all cloudy and, from the reviews, I realized that Chinese servers can fail.
Can you suggest any options for wifi relays that can be controlled stably via a local network?

The flashed sonoffs work quite well without the Internet. Popular firmware ESPeasy, Tasmota. If you are using a Home Assistant smart home, ESPHome is your best bet. You can also write your own firmware.
