How to organize a remote video door call and open the door through the application?

I live in a country house and often order goods on the Internet. They are delivered by couriers directly to the house. But when I'm not at home, they have nowhere to leave the package. I decided that it would be great to hang a video call on the gate and open the door through the application. Now I have a regular intercom with video and opening the gate with a button on the intercom. I would like to upgrade it. You need a video call so that the picture from the camera goes directly to the smartphone. I should be able to answer something with my voice and immediately open the gate with the button. The courier comes in, leaves the parcel and leaves, slamming the gate.
Any advice on how this can be done with as little work as possible?

you have 2 tasks - a video call using a button in the house and remote control of the lock.
This fits into the category - a smart home, and since this is now a hype area, there are a lot of offers, and all of them with an appendage will give you a bunch of everything you don't need, plus an inflated price.
I would do it myself on the basis of some amateur diy platform like raspberry (it's the easiest to attach everything you need to it and the market is filled with ready-made solutions).
That is, you buy an electronic lock (rubles for 200 on Ali), a webcam , speakers , a good microphone (not expensive, but just good, I remember buying a Dialog headset for 50 rubles, it has a microphone + built-in sound card in the motherboard caught a voice from the room for wall), anya computer with raspberry-type outputs (by the way, ordinary lpt on cheap / old x86 motherboards is enough), a low-power relay to control the lock and a button with a connection to the board from a broken keyboard , you can add the usual ups here so that the system is less dependent on the mains. You collect all this in a couple of hours of fiddling with wires and collect software to choose what you like best.
I would make the video surveillance and voice communication system independent of pressing the call button, and by clicking on it I would send a message to some telegram with a screenshot from the camera and a link to the actual video stream with voice feedback (based on ffmpeg or browser-based webrtc.... ready-made solutions darkness) and a link to control the lock. Those. a message pops up on your phone, you click on it - look who came, and either immediately open the door or open a voice chat and say something to the courier. Yes, of course, access to the system is only through vpn or encryption, otherwise you will make the link for opening doors public on the Internet... there are such vendors;)
ps by the way, most ip-cameras are a full-fledged computer, with the proper degree of red-eye, everything can be done directly on the basis of their board) there is both a microphone and feedback, for example, through a night / day switch - (start a lock relay, just turn off auto-switching in the dark) and start a button through some kind of contact inside (there is at least an input for firmware or usually a reset button or some settings .. in general, you can be creative)

For example, put this https://hikvision.ru/product/ds_kv8102_ip and the Hikconnect application (an example of how it looks like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5UE0OiKu_eU )
I don’t know about the minimal account, using what is there :(

Raspberry + AV USB video capture stick (most likely there is an AV signal from the video intercom). Take a call signal from the intercom and use it to raise the stream to a page with a button to open and voice capture to answer. And send a notification to the cart / VK. Although it seems to me easier to just buy some kind of call with an Internet to Ali, since there are a lot of them
