How to assemble a video surveillance system?

I say in advance - specialized companies will deal with everything, but since I don’t like to feel like a sucker, I always try to delve into the topic in detail before contacting someone (it’s more difficult to bend a client with knowledge of the matter).
In general, you need to create a video surveillance system of 3 cameras + connect a digital video peephole to it (for an apartment building). Actually, further I will describe what requirements are needed for the components, and if possible, tell me if you have taken everything into account and recommend your own.
* Cameras :
- must be anti-vandal (impact resistant);
- fasten to the ceiling;
- have a wide shooting angle (or rotate at least 90 degrees);
- shoot in 1080p;
- be able to shoot in the dark (or with diode illumination);
- have a motion sensor (distance of 3-5 meters to record when anything larger than a cat is detected);
- with wireless and wired connection (and it is better that the antenna is hidden);
- have an internal battery (at least for 2-3 hours of operation).
It is worth noting that the camera should work for some time (from 2 hours), even if the wires are cut or the power is turned off on the shield.
* DVR :
- must support the above camera capabilities;
- record from cameras only in the presence of movement (any objects that are larger than a cat);
- be able to LIVE-view via iOS/Android device;
- notify iOS/Android with a message that there is a movement;
- Connect to a monitor via HDMI or VGA or DisplayPort.
* Hard Drive :
- Must record and store 7 days of 24-hour 1080p video.
Actually, I'm looking for advice on cameras, a DVR and a hard drive (it would be nice with links or names). If I forgot something, I'm waiting for recommendations. The price of the question does not matter.

If you don’t bother much, then you can build a system based on ivi. On Habré there is a blog with a description of the system. They have ready equipment - cameras and nvr.
At the expense of cameras: autonomous power supply is a rarity for a camera (there are some types of housings with a built-in RIP). But you can use stand-alone batteries and power switches through poe.
There are good Axis cameras www.axis.com/ru/products/video/selector/comparison...
But they have hdtv 720p. You can write to their representative, then they will make a list of equipment that will suit you.
