Is it possible to use widgets to logically separate web pages in Yii 2.0?

Good afternoon!
I want to divide one page with a common huge array of data for users (clients[user1], clients[user2], clients[user3] etc.) into several logical parts (for user1 - view1, for user2 - view2, for user3 - view3) . Is it possible to use Widgets for this? And if so, how? Can I have an example with two, three pages?

And why is it impossible to pass the type / id of the user as a parameter to the view and produce an output based on this?
