Why doesn't IntelliJ IDEA 14 update css and js files?

When I update my css or js files and run the project they stay the same. (Java and jsp are fine.)

Everything, I figured it out! It was not at all in Idea, but as it turned out in Google Chrome. It's just that Chrome persistently loads the old CSS from the cache. But this can be avoided, for example, not by a simple reboot, but by Ctrl + F5
