How to change view (mailer->compose() )?

On the site, with the help of swiftMailer, mail is sent when making an application and when contacting through the feedback form. They have one view. It was required to change the view when accessing the OS form. But when specifying compose('viewname') the old view is still connected. viewname is located at frontend/mail/viewname. What am I doing wrong?
