Is it possible to use vector icons in WinForm applications?

Good afternoon.
When used on a DPI system above 96 pixels, application icons look blurred.
It would probably be ideal to use vector icons as icons.
Is it possible and how to implement it?
What else can you suggest to solve the problem?

Icon font: use a ready-made one or create your own from your own icons (there are a lot of services on the Internet)

WinForm is not intended for DPI above 96 at all. Switch to WPF, it can display vector icons out of the box.
