Is it possible to use Vagrant as a full-fledged virtual server?
There is a remote physical server on which Nginx, PHP, Mongo and Mercurial are raised and several PHP projects are spinning at the same time (I don’t know other details).
At the moment, development is being done on Windows in Openserver, and projects are being updated using TortoiseHg Workbench.
Is it possible to create something similar to this server on Vagrant?
Those. put Nginx, PHP, Mongo, MySQL and Mercurial there and work with several projects at the same time so that several sites from this server can be opened on the working machine at once.
I would like to have something like the same Openserver, only more advanced, like launching a virtual machine from a flash drive on any machine, and here you have all your projects with a history of changes in working order.
Or maybe there are some alternatives?

Maybe.
You can set up the same environment on a virtual machine. For you, this will work just like a remote server. Not sure about flash. If you need a "portable" server, I would recommend setting up another remote development server. On Amazon, as far as I know, rates are hourly and the first year is free.
