1) Let's say there is a company AMIRO and they sell batteries for cars through their website amiro.ru
2) I had an idea to create a website for buying batteries this domain will be orima.ru and in the logo there will be an inscription "AMIRO vice versa"
Somehow legally, the company can file a claim, file a lawsuit on some basis, etc.?
And what if instead of "AMIRO vice versa" I enter "AM!RO vice versa" (i.e. the letter "I" changes to "exclamation point")
