Is it possible to publicly discuss, for example, the work of Megafon on the network?

Greetings
I have a question. Let 's say that I use the services of Megafon. I created a page on my website where I talk about this operator, mention its name, and sometimes, due to the poor quality of communication services or the poor performance of the technical support operator, I speak unflatteringly about this company. Some visitors to the site in the comments in general do not hide anything or praise the work of the operator. On the page, users' questions are answered by other users or the site administrator.
Suddenly, a representative of Megafon calls and, in an ultimatum form, demands to immediately delete all the content of the page, including any mention of the brand, stop the illegal use of the brand, they say, spoil the reputation, the information on the page has long been out of date, you are using the brand without legal grounds and so on.
Are his claims legal?
What would be the consequences if his demands were ignored?
What are the general opinions on this matter?

1) If it's slander, it's legal. If it's not slander, it's legal. He can demand anything, as long as it does not violate the law. It's not illegal to ask for it to be removed.
2) He sues, you hire a lawyer and litigate long and expensive
3) Make a fuss on the Internet. Write to large resources such as habr, peek-a-boo and others. Call the media, channels, newspapers and journalists. Maybe someone will be interested in your problem.
But in general, there is freedom of speech in our country. And according to some kind of law on bloggers, you are not the media by any chance?
Now a big hype in the builders' party has been raised by "Mikhail Bezyaev VS Found". You can watch videos on youtube. The bottom line is that the Builder spoke badly about the company's product and she is suing him. There are no results yet.

1. Your posts can be in the form of a statement of facts or in the form of a value judgment. In the first case, you can prove that your information is true and avoid a lawsuit; in the second, you don’t have to prove anything to anyone at all.
An example of a factual statement is "they steal money from such and such a company." Value judgment: works poorly, technical support employees are immoral louts, or with the use of turns "in my opinion" and so on.
User comments are generally a separate and complex topic. Now in the Russian Federation everything goes along the path of responsibility of the site owner for user comments.
2. Even if the company proves through the court that the information discredits its honor and dignity, business reputation, this does not mean the automatic recovery of multimillion-dollar losses. It is necessary to prove the size of the losses, and most importantly, to prove the causal relationship between the actions (publication of information) and the occurrence of these losses.
3. About the brand - this is generally some kind of obscurantism. You do not derive any benefit, you discuss the work of the company using its corporate name.

By the way. One construction foreman filmed a video of how his self-leveling floor cracked. As a result, I received a claim from the manufacturer of this self-leveling floor for 1.4 million rubles. Read more here https://youtu.be/pbou0JBDrC4

Nothing can be demanded in an ultimatum form. No one in Russia has canceled freedom of speech, but it is not recommended to use foul language). Otherwise, you will have to prove in court that they are all "pidaras", etc.)
The only thing is that if there are logos of their company on the site, then you need to delete them. This requirement is legal.
But they have no rights to the word "Megafon" itself. Remember there were megaphones in the USSR?)
In principle, you need to negotiate with them, if your website says that in 2008 the megaphone did not work in the village of Kukuyevo, then you need to correct this information, if this is not the case at the moment, but do not delete previous comment.
Who can do this?:
1. You by adding information.
2. The megaphone itself by posting an appropriate comment.
And no one bothers you, transfer the site to Amazon some thread in Europe, they will call again, say that they sold the domain, I won’t tell anyone.
In turn, the megaphone may request removal from the Google and Yandex search of your site or page if they have strong evidence that the information is not true.

Why write on your site? Write to FB or VK, placing @Megafon (for example). They often respond to complaints and resolve issues. If your task is to solve emerging problems, then this works quite effectively.
