Is it possible to use someone else's logo on your website to present the product of this brand?

I plan to start an online store selling children's toys. I want to use the Lego logo to represent product categories. Only Lego products will be presented in this category. Can I use this logo and what is the penalty if it is prohibited?

Usually all logos are registered trademarks, which you may not use without the permission of the owner. But it happens that brands allow their TK to be used to promote their products to everyone.
Here is what they write themselves https://www.lego.com/ru-ru/legal/legal-notice/fair-play

usually large companies have a separate section on the site with presentations and logos, incl. all OK.

Usually, big brands allow their logos to be used and even prepare promotional materials for dealers themselves. Well, I probably saw everything in the very basements of some sites or booklets in small print, a list of citations that this logo or brand belongs to such and such a company. Yes, just in case.

You can safely use it, nothing will happen to you for it. Usually, companies that lose profits are sued, with the wording: "Causing financial damage in the process of unfair use, etc., etc." ... In your case, the Lego company earns, not incurs losses.
