Can. Their official website says:
"In addition to using them for teaching, experimenting, or prototyping, you can use products from the Marketplace in your own commercial projects (assuming you can use ALL assets from their store). However, you cannot sell or re-license content from the Marketplace to other developers for use in their products, for example, through the sites and mechanisms of electronic commerce (ecommerce) built into the 3D development tool"
