Is it possible to use div in h1?

Hello!
Is it possible to use div, p, br tags inside h1?
I know that you can use small and span, but I'm not sure about div.
Why do I need a div in h1? I want to beautifully design the title by breaking it into two parts (two divs).

Within H1-H6 headings, span and br tags can be used.
In no case should you use block elements like div in it. Pushing small is illiterate in terms of semantics.
