Is it possible to use bridge mode in Mikrotik together with routing?

Hello.
Could you clarify one issue on Mikrotik (RouterOS 6.39).
Two segments of the same network 192.168.1.0/24 are plugged into the Mikrotik, each segment is connected to its own Ethernet port.
These two ports are combined into a bridge.
With this configuration, two segments of the same network must see and ping each other.
In one of the segments there are several gateways for different providers. It would be desirable to configure on them routing on a source.
Can I additionally use the routing of traffic passing through the bridge to direct it to different gateways?
For example, mark traffic using the IP Firewall Mangle (routing mark) and at the same time configure different routing tables for different routing marks.
Thanks in advance for your answers.
