Mikrotik + YOTA does not start after a power reset. Is there a software solution?

There is a RB951UI-2nD router with a YOTA modem plugged into its USB (the simplest, without WiFi, it seems to be WLTUBA-107). So, when power is applied (and our office is completely de-energized for the night) or when the power is turned off for a short time, the modem disappears and the router stops seeing it - the interface disappears). An attempt to reboot it through the script with the /system routerboard usb power-reset duration command does not give any effect, even if you turn it off for 60 seconds. Do not insert, plug into USB does not appear.
Is there a way in Mikrotik not just to distort the power supply, but also somehow reinitialize the USB interface itself. Those. fully simulate hardware jitter. I really don’t want to fence a purely iron solution :)
