Is it possible to use background in chrome to execute html code?

I recently started to visit writing an expansion for the opera. Well, how to write, edit ready. I needed an area for executing html code in a place that the user cannot reach and close.
Is it possible to implement?
ps. if not, then I will parse manually what is needed :(

You can render html on background_page and execute an arbitrary script. Such a "page" will be closed only when you exit the browser.
