Image not showing when watching video in Google Chrome browser?

After reinstalling Windows 7, the video stopped displaying when watching the video in the browser, only the sound plays. Installed Flash Player, gave permission to use it on all sites, on the site from the video, additionally gave Flash Player access to the site, but nothing helps. I tried to install older versions of Chrome, but they have now done so that it connects to the Internet and still downloads the file from the new version. I also tried to install different versions of Flash Player, nothing helps.
Mozilla works fine. In Chrome current on YouTube, the video plays normally.

Flash has nothing to do with it? on most normal and modern resources, the video goes through the html5 video tag.
Try disabling hardware acceleration. (add --disable-gpu to the chrome.exe shortcut).
Also worth trying with --disable-accelerated-mjpeg-decode and --disable-accelerated-video-decode

Flash has nothing to do with it.
Try uninstalling Chrome completely .
To do this -
First uninstall the browser using Programs and Features
Then press Win + R and type appdata
Find all the folders associated with Chrome
Then again press Win + R and type regedit
Press Ctrl + F and write Chrome
Delete everything associated with it.
