Is it possible to use a URL like site.com/element-code/ in Bitrix?

I am transferring the site to Bitrix, the old urls look like this site.com/statya - that is, without mentioning the section/heading/category in the url.
In Bitrix, I created an infoblock, I created sections inside it, these sections have elements. In general, I output6, say, on the main complex component of News, articles from the info block, and with the help of a filter I set the desired section of this info block, I get the articles I need. Now urls of this kind are #SECTION_CODE_PATH#/#ELEMENT_CODE#/, everything works correctly, but I would like to keep the old urls, which means you need to do this #ELEMENT_CODE#/, but if I write this in the component's CNC, then the element does not open :( shows as the main page, only the sitemap is added (like that).Is it possible to solve this somehow?

I think it is possible. The urls /product/product1 work for us.
Or do the same and set up a redirect then you will not lose links.
