How to save CNC images when uploading from 1s to Bitrix?

Faced a problem. On the site, when manually uploading images to elements, the image retains my file names. Uploaded lenta.jpg, received lenta.jpg as output
Everything is super.
But we have everything tied up with 1s and all images are attached to the nomenclature. When uploading through the module to the site, all images have generated names:
resize_cache/iblock/5bc/390_390_1/e463f6a9_015c_11e2_b499_00199982d6bd_9b1e54b5_6930_11e6_a01a_00199982d6bd.resize1.jpeg
, etc.
Several questions!
1) How to make images look like CNC when exporting from 1s to 1s Bitrix
2) How to make a script to generate a YML file work when exporting from 1s to 1s Bitrix. Now I'm running it manually through the Store - Settings - Export data
I would like to get away from manual labor.

resize_cache are images resized at the component template level. Look at the urls of the pictures in the admin panel.
