Is it possible to use a steam account on two computers at the same time?

The question is quite simple, but I can’t test it experimentally at the moment, please don’t kick it hard.
Suppose there is one steam account and two machines. Is it possible to simultaneously run two different games purchased for this account on two different computers, at least offline? And what happens if I'm playing something while logged into steam, and at that moment another machine is logging into my account?

Can multiple users play simultaneously on one Steam account?
Steam does not support multiple players using one Steam account simultaneously - games associated with a Steam account are licensed for the sole use of the account holder.
If multiple users attempt to log in and play simultaneously with one Steam account, the user who logged in first will eventually receive an "Invalid Steam UserID Ticket" error message and be forced to log back in to continue playing (if the first user logs back in, the second user will receive this error message).

the only option is to use one of the accounts in offline fashion

At one time I shared an account with a friend (it was about a year and a half ago). There were 2 scenarios for the development of events, and it is not clear when which one works. In the first case (which happened much more often), when trying to log in to the same account, Steam wrote "This account is already in use." In another case, the already logged in user was thrown out, and the second one was connected, but this option was only 2-3 times.

if you try to run two stims under Linux, one native and the other under wine, then a message appears that the account is already in use.
