Where can I get the SteamLogin Cookie or what is replacing them now?

In some late 2017 video at https://store.steampowered.com/account/ EditThisCookie showed cookies like SteamLogin. Now they are not displayed and not only by me, where and how can I get them and do they exist now at all?
