How to set "update just before launch" for all games at once?

On Steam, in the settings of each game, there is an option about when you need to update the game (automatically). There is an option - "Update only before launch", that is, do not update automatically at all, but do it only manually.

Is it possible to make this the default option? That is, set this option for all games at once?
