But most do not use bluetooth, but a "radio" adapter, at frequencies of 2.4 GHz. Here it is, it won't fit.

If you have the firmware from the headphones and the adapter has a rewritable firmware, then yes. Otherwise, you need to teach the adapter to communicate with the headphones, which will require you to implement a certain protocol stack and somehow load them into the adapter.
