Is it possible to use 20 tabs asynchronously in one browser?

Actually, the question is this: is it possible to use 20 simultaneously working tabs in one browser (no matter which one, let's say in chrome in headless mode), provided that each tab has its own proxy server, and the script execution in each tab occurs asynchronously? And the second question: if possible, will the load on the server be less than when 20 browsers are running separately, and not 20 tabs in 1 browser?
Simply put, it is necessary that the "robot" opens 1 browser, and in this browser there are 20 tabs on the same site, with different proxies, and asynchronously perform actions on the site.

Yes, Chrome has a lot of proxy extensions.
If in chrome. then there is no difference, 20 tabs or 20 windows.
