Is it possible to upgrade win 10 home to pro "without reinstalling"?

I have windows 10 home installed. And there is windows 10 pro in the iso file that I can burn to a flash drive or disk. Can I upgrade my system to pro without reinstalling, that is, so that all personal files and all installed programs are preserved, because I do not want to install them again?

this can be done, more precisely, if the disk is not formatted during installation, it will say that it has found an old version of Windows, offer to save the data, and allow you to install a new one nearby. but some programs will still die. Yes, and the activation will be lost. I wouldn't recommend doing that. If there is a key from Win10 Pro, then you can expand the current version in the computer properties ..

If you run the installer as an application in an already running Win10, then it will not perform a clean installation, saving everything that was.
