Is it possible to upgrade the HDMI port in a laptop?

There is an Asus UX331 with HDMI 1.4, which at 4k only outputs an image at 30Hz, but I would like to get 60, or even more, so I would like a 2.0+ version of HDMI, like there are no other ways to display images on an external monitor. Is it possible to solder the connector or think of something else to get a large hertz output?

I will duplicate from the comments, suddenly someone will not look:
It is he who is engaged in displaying images in laptops with a GPU integrated into the processor. At least at Intel.
Nvidia Control Panel честно рисует простенькую схему подключения всех мониторов к GPU.maxresdefault.jpg

Therefore, if the Intel plug-in cannot at [email protected], then it cannot, regardless of the presence of discrete graphics in the laptop. Your processor can't.
Theoretically , if the processor is not soldered on the laptop motherboard, then it can be replaced. But they don't seem to make laptops like this anymore.
